Champagne flows in a back drop of gorgeous Swiss lakes and mountains during San Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2012, an event where stellar chefs exhibit their culinary prowless in a series of nine dinners, three lunches, two special fish dinners and lounge gatherings.

San Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2012 began 15th of April and will run until 20th of May. From the first extravagant dinner to the upcoming lounge evenings, more than 20 of the world’s best chefs will gather at the best restaurants and hotels in Luganno, Ascona and Mendrisio to delight guests with tantalizing dishes from their repertoire.

The former vacation home of Prince Federico Leopoldo is thriving in its new role of introducing visitors to the natural pleasures of Switzerland’s idyllic Ticino region.

Bon Vivant Communications is represented by Nordic Star Chef Ronny Emborg who’s unconventional way of staging molecular cuisine, new nordic and nouvelle cuisine in one, quickly has earned him the Michelin Guide’s accolade of one star within only one year at Restaurant AOC.

Freshly returned from the World Gourmet Series in Singapore, the young wizard now enters Villa Principe Leopoldo in Luganno, the former vacation home of Prince Federico Leopoldo. Here he’ll prepare a sensory menu extraordinaire for luxury diners to experience a truly indulging evening.
