EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN MOSCOW

 A Moscow client is looking for a skilled, creative Italian Head Chef for their Italian restaurant, situated in the business centre of the city. 

Our client is making a name for itself in the moscovian metropolis and they are now seeking someone who specialises specifically in Sardinian cooking.

The candidate will have to assimilate to the current conditions and scale of the menu as a whole, but should also have his or her own point of view and experience for future improvement. He/she will manage a kitchen crew of 30. The restaurant has a cover of 250.

Languages:

English and Italian.

The Chef will have a Russian interpreter with him at all times.

Conditions:

5-6000 euros a month according to qualifications and number of dishes produced (Russian tax is 13%). Working day 9am until the departure of the last guest. Free apartment fairly close to the restaurant. 2 weeks official vacation a year with compensation for a return ticket. A 1 year labor visa.
