Noma – currently ranked No. 3 in the world – continues to take an innovative and inventive approach to both its cooking and its strictly local sourcing and foraging. Chef-patron René Redzepi’s food can at times be shocking, visceral even, but it strives to reflect the Danish landscape and culture.

Through its menu of numerous small appetisers and courses to its stunning array of ‘treats’ that round off the meal, there’s always at least one dish that makes you feel glad to be alive. In fact it seems as though a new level of creativity flows out of the restaurant these years.

As always the guest list remains a secret to the public and will only be shared in details among the participants. Menu and wines will be served découverte, meaning presented and discovered on the night of the dinner party as a part of the New Nordic storytelling.

Should hotel in Copenhagen be needed, we’re more than happy to help.

Price per cover is confidential. Please contact Kristian Brask Thomsen at ambassador@bon-vivant.dk for further information.

Thank you.
