EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR ITALIAN RESTAURANT CHAIN IN MOSCOW

A Moscow client is looking for a young (below 40), creative, hardworking and active brand chef, – meaning as executive culinary inspirer of five, soon six Italian restaurants, – front figure towards the press and as daily boss of the kitchen of one of the six restaurants. The restaurant in mind has 100 covers.
No bigger revolution is needed as the client already represents a well-known and successful concept of exclusive homemade Italian Cuisine and about 25 styles of pizzas (a pizzaiolo from Italy is already hired).
This means the candidate has to assimilate to the current conditions and menu as a whole, but the candidate should also have his or her own point of view and experience for future improvement. The client seeks outside expertise for a reason.
Languages:
Fluent English. Italian an advance.
Conditions:
5-6000 euros per month according to qualifications (Russian tax is 13%). Free apartment fairly close to the restaurant. 2 weeks official vacation a year with a two way-tickets compensation. A 1-year labor visa plus a personal translator for the period of adaption.
