Bon Vivant Communications is involved in various culinary film productions, latest serving as culinary producer on a three-episode series on the last decade’s success of Nordic Cuisine, aired through Scandinavian broadcasting networks.

Additionally we also served as culinary and co-producer of  grand documentary “Michelin Stars – Tales From The Kitchen” that was filmed over a two-year period and follows the lives, views and everyday of a long and diverse range of star chefs, global diners, food writers, critics and Michelin management across three continents.

Besides greater film productions Bon Vivant Communications also produce, co-produce or collaborate on the creation of short films on behalf of the star chefs and restaurants that the culinary diplomacy serves around the world.

NORDIC STAR CHEF RONNY EMBORG IN MOSCOW

Michelin-starred Chef Ronny Emborg was invited to Moscow by the large Russian restaurant group Maison Dellos, where for a couple of days, he showcased his cooking at press lunches, VIP dinners and gala dinners.
