The AOC Nomination Dinner – featuring Gourmet Wizard Ronny Emborg and Sommelier Restaurateur Christian Aarø Mortensen (3 times Danish Sommelier Champion and 1 time Nordic) is presented in the classic modern and renown dining room, situated in the vaulted 17th century cellar in the heart of Copenhagen.
Offering Champagne, canapés, amuse bouche, a sensory menu de luxe, connaisseur wine menu, mineral water, gourmet coffee/tea, delicious petit fours and avecs.
With a cherry on the top – a guided tour through the kitchen.
