Widely renown as one of the world’s most talented and creative chefs, Diego Muñoz flawlessly executes a complex layering of flavors with extreme attention to detail with an innovative and clean style.

Trained in Le Cordon Bleu and some of the top kitchen’s of the world, such as Mugaritz and El Bulli, he lead the kitchen of Bilson’s in Australia and returned back to Perú to elevate the world renowned Astrid y Gastón from #42 to current #14 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurant’s List, also reaching #3 amongst The Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Roberto Sihuay of Ceviche 103.

Chef Diego Muñoz, who has devoted 2016 to a world culinary exploration around restaurants, food festivals and the most interesting gastronomic destinations, will be kindly hosted by Chef Roberto Sihuay from Peruvian culinary pivot Ceviche 103 in the heart of Barcelona.

Roberto Sihuay has a past from some of the most iconic Peruvian restaurants such as La Rosa Náutica and Punta Sal, musts amongst the “limeños” to successfully extend the reach of Peruvian cuisine in Spain.

Opened in 2013, Ceviche 103 has quickly become a point of reference recognized by media and usually taken as the “best ceviche in Barcelona”, recently also having published the “103 lessons to eat, drink and love, Peruvian style”.

Two different backgrounds blended to provide a surprising collaboration dinner with a mix of flavors in a clean style based on tradition and innovation, from two very Peruvian souls.

On a Sunday, just like at home in the charming quarters of buzzing Lima.
